Ms. Kelley Artz serves as the Supply Chain Risk Management Technical Expert in the
Office of Policy and Compliance for the Federal Acquisition Service of GSA. In her 22-
year career, Ms. Artz has led Enterprise Risk Management programs in the Intelligence
and DoD communities. She has both public and private sector experience in supply
chain risk management, including leveraging tools to identify and solve root cause
problems. She specializes in change management, as well as evaluation of enterprise
processes for ongoing risk mitigation and systematic improvements to future
outcomes.

She has held positions of increasing responsibility supporting IT programs for the
Federal government, moving from project manager, to program manager, and to
account executive. As the Business Area Director for a major defense contractor, Ms.
Artz led a $55M account for the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National
Geospatial-Intelligence Agency supporting secure software development and cloud
migration activities. She served as Senior Vice President for National Security at a
defense contracting company focused on cybersecurity before returning to government
service last year.

In addition to her MBA, she has earned the following certifications: Project Management
Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the
Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and Security +ce.

Bob Gemmill serves as Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President, Procurement & Enterprise Partnerships at Leidos where he is responsible for developing strategic supplier partnerships and all aspects of procurement, subcontracts, supply chain engineering and estimating, category management, and strategic sourcing for an addressable global annual spend of over $6 billion.

In this role, Gemmill establishes partnerships to create mutual shareholder value and competitive advantage through effective leverage of supplier technology, competencies, investments, market access and differentiated capabilities.

Previously, Gemmill served as VP, Strategic Sourcing at Leidos where he established and executed on a strategic roadmap providing the business with new capabilities directly contributing to growth.  Prior to joining Leidos in 2016, Gemmill, served as Director, Global Supply Chain Operations for Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems and Global Solutions business.  In this capacity, he led a team of 230 supply chain professionals in multiple countries having responsibility for 1,400 subcontracts. For two decades, Gemmill served in various leadership positions within Lockheed Martin including Director, Global Supply Chain Operations, and Director Subcontract Program Management.

Gemmill spent much of his early career involved in program execution within the intelligence sector while a member of program offices with GE Aerospace and Martin Marietta. His career in supply chain and sourcing has included a succession of increasingly responsible leadership roles in procurement engineering, regulatory compliance, category management, M&A, subcontract administration, and subcontract program management. He has a proven record of establishing efficient, high-energy supply chain teams on complex defense, intelligence, and civil programs in the United States and abroad.

Gemmill earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Eastern University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in information systems from Saint Joseph’s University. He serves on the Aerospace Industries Association Supplier Management Council, the University of Tennessee Global Supply Chain Initiative Advisory Board, is the founder and chairman of the WashingtonExec Supply Chain Council, and is active in poverty alleviation in his community.

Lisa Veith leads New Market Initiatives and Strategy for Maximus Federal. As a Senior Vice President her responsibilities include aspects of new market identification, shaping the market and development of new market strategies and portfolios. In this role she advances an integrated approach with identification of new markets which include work with strategic consultants, partners, industry organizations, marketing and communications and government relations. New market pursuits have included Supply Chain Transformation, Contact Center Innovation, Federal Health transformation, Digital Evolution, Citizen Services and CX, and others.  

For more than 25 years Lisa has led new market expansion, business growth, sales, business development and strategy, and marketing for organizations in the Federal and Public Sector market space. She has worked for large, medium, and small businesses during her career as well as spending time as an independent consultant. Much of her focus has been on building high impact teams to develop new market expansion and growth, creating brand awareness and market influence to support new contract wins, expanded portfolio and revenue growth.   

Lisa is an energetic market and thought leader around delivering better customer and public facing services and achieving better outcomes with improved customer experience. In January 2021 she was the recipient of the ICON Top 50 Marketer for Growth Award, and in January 2020 Lisa was named ICON Award winner for the Top 100 Marketer category by ONCon.  In 2018 Lisa was awarded the first Service to the Citizens Award-Champions of Change as Executive of the year along with Secretary of the USDA as the Government Executive of the year (https://www.servicetothecitizenawards.org/2018-winners

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in Communications and started her career in Washington D.C. working on Capitol Hill for her Congressman from Florida. Her responsibilities were to help connect and support the constituents of Florida around their issues and benefits in the areas of Health and Human Services, Veteran Affairs and Social Security. Much of her career has been dedicated to helping to support the government to deliver better outcomes and improved customer services to the citizens of our nation.
