Good morning and welcome to the Washington Technology EITaaS Power Breakfast. Nick Wakeman, Editor-in-Chief of Washington Technology will do some brief opening remarks to get us started.

Venice Goodwine, director of Enterprise Information Technology at the U.S. Air Force, will share the Air Force’s EITaaS journey, covering what the Air Force has accomplished to date and what’s on the horizon. This discussion will include a description of the Air Force’s IT priorities as well as the role contractors play and how the private sector can best support her mission.

Industry executives from share how the see the market for enterprise IT evolving, including the challenges they see customers facing and the shift to this approach is changing the way industry operates. They will discuss opportunities they see ahead and the impact it will have on business models and partnering strategies.

This session will explore what spending and budget data can tell us about how agencies are adopting enterprise IT as a service. Who are the big spenders among the agencies? What are they buying? Who are the top prime contractors?
