Good morning and welcome to the Washington Technology EITaaS Power Breakfast. Nick Wakeman, Editor-in-Chief of Washington Technology will do some brief opening remarks to get us started.

This session will explore what spending and budget data can tell us about how agencies are adopting enterprise IT as a service. Who are the big spenders among the agencies? What are they buying? Who are the top prime contractors?
