Ms. Venice M. Goodwine, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of Enterprise Information Technology within the Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Air Force, comprised of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. As the Director of Enterprise Information Technology, she leads management, planning, governance, and resourcing for Enterprise IT for the department’s nearly $7 billion Information and Cybersecurity enterprise.
She has more than 28 years of information technology experience spanning private industry, active and reserve military service, and the federal civilian government. Her experience includes leading large IT organizations, developing agency-wide strategy and policy, establishing governance, overseeing cybersecurity operations, executing IT acquisition, and program management.
Prior to this role, Ms. Goodwine was the Chief Information Security Officer for the United States Department of Agriculture, a cabinet-level agency. As the USDA CISO she oversaw $208 million in cybersecurity expenditures throughout the agency each year. She raised the agency’s FITARA cyber score from an F to a B, and led the agency to achieve a single unified security operations center by consolidating 128 federal and contractor FTEs, 57 processes, and 11 tools, valued at more than $8.2 million. She led the integration of Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation tools across more than 134,000 endpoints and 1,200 mobile devices.
Ms. Goodwine also has an extensive military career, joining the active duty Air Force in 1986 as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and transitioned to the Air Force Reserve where she received her commission in 2003 as a Communication and Information Officer, completing assignments at levels including squadron, group, wing, joint, and combined, honing her skills at the tactical, operational, and strategic level. In her latest military assignment, she served at the 439th Communications Squadron, Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts, leading 101 personnel consisting of civilians, Air Guard and Reserve, and Traditional Reservists in three flights; operations, plans and programs and a newly-established mission defense team supporting the Wings Air Mobility mission .
Goodwine was named a 2020 WashingtonExec Top 25 Cybersecurity Executives to Watch and won both the 2020 WashingtonExec Pinnacle Award for Cybersecurity Government Executive of the Year and the 2020 G2Xchange Women in Leadership awards. She also was nominated for the 2020 FedScoop50 Cybersecurity Leader of the Year award.

Ben Gianni is GDIT’s Chief Technology Officer and senior vice president reporting to President Amy Gilliland. Ben leads the company’s evolving development and application of solutions, key capabilities and contributions on behalf of GDIT’s many valued alliance partners. He also leads customer delivery on a key GDIT program.
Ben previously served as GDIT’s Defense CTO. Prior to GDIT, Ben served as the vice president for delivery within the intelligence division at CSRA as well as vice president for the civil group and various leadership roles at CSC.
Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in computer science from the Johns Hopkins University.

Steve Hull serves as the Executive Vice President – Operations Manager for Enterprise & Cyber
Solutions. In this role he is responsible for the execution of a portfolio of programs supporting
digital modernization, enterprise IT operations and cyber defense for the Department of Defense
customer.
Prior to leading E&CS, Hull served as the company’s Chief Information Officer, responsible for
establishing and executing the Information Technology (IT) strategy to promote business
growth, provide data and system resiliency, foster business agility, and ensure operational
readiness across the $14B Leidos enterprise, while supporting the overarching IT vision and
strategy of the corporation and protecting corporate assets. He led the successful IT integration
of the Leidos and LM IS&GS M&A over a period of 2 years completing many key initiatives
ahead of plan.
From January 2013 to August 2016, he served as the CIO of the IS&GS business area in
Lockheed Martin (LM) ensuring operations and security of IT systems in support of over 20,000
employees. In his role as a senior leader in the LM IT organization, Steve was the executive
sponsor for multiple critical activities across the LM enterprise including Data Center, Cloud and
enterprise networking.
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology. He joined Lockheed Martin in
1997 as a technical lead for the internal IT division (EBS) supporting the RMS business in
Orlando FL. He has had multiple positions supporting the corporate IT function as well as
supporting direct business. His roles have included Program Manager, Chief Technology
Officer and Executive Leader in support of multiple business missions.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Computer
Science with a minor in Physics. He received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration
(MBA) from UCF as well. He has had many technical and business certifications including, MCSE, PMI and an LSS Green Belt.

She received both her Master’s and Bachelor’s in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication (WRTC) from James Madison University (JMU). Ms. Mundt has 12+ years in Federal Proposal Development and expertise regarding the overall Business Development Acquisition Lifecycle. Leveraging her experience, she is an instructor and presenter on conceptual topics as they relate to the Government Contracting industry. She is a member of the AFCEA Small Business Committee and a Chairperson of Women in Technology. Ms. Mundt uses her experience to help manage the strategic business direction of The Pulse and works closely with clients to empower their growth efforts.
