Susanne Hake, Senior Vice President of Palantir shared how that company’s approach to the market has resonated with the Army and driven the company’s success. Palantir’s business model relies on a more commercial like approach to the delivering solutions to the government. She described that model and how other contractors can adopt what has worked for Palantir.
