Jeff Dalton is President and CEO of Broadsword and Chief Evangelist with AgileCxO.org. He is a Certified CMMI Lead Appraiser and AgileCxO Lead Assessor, and author of Great Big Agile: An OS for Agile Leaders. He is the principal author of the CMMI Institute’s “Guide to Scrum and CMMI: Improving Agile Performance with CMMI” and was the first, third, and fourth Chairman of the CMMI Institute Partner Advisory Board, where he led the group through their transitionary period from the Software Engineering Institute, where he was Vice Chairman and later Chairman of their Partner Advisory Board. Dalton has a background in technology leadership, and has served as Director and VP or Product Development and Quality with multiple companies, and was a Senior Manager and Chief Technology Executive at Ernst and Young, LLP. Jeff is an active jazz bassist who builds experimental aircraft, and lives with his wife of 25 years in Marathon, FL.

Kyle Gingrich leads the creation and build-out of training and certification programs to enable the CMMC framework. The programs are focused on ensuring availability of validated, skilled assessors and assessment instructors in the CMMC ecosystem, who can certify that DIB companies meet necessary cybersecurity requirements. Ms. Gingrich is a highly resourceful product executive with 20+ years of experience in delivering impactful results for bridging the gap between employers and individuals, through training and certification initiatives or by delivering innovating technology solutions. Prior to joining the Cyber AB, Ms. Gingrich was Senior Director of Products at leading global employment service provider Monster Worldwide, where she was responsible for the strategic vision, planning and delivery of Monster’s $90M portfolio of employer search products. Her tenure at Monster also included responsibility for the strategic vision and creation of software products and services for State and Local government agencies. Prior to Monster, she served as Vice President Product, IT and Certification Content and Delivery Technology for top eLearning training solutions provider Skillsoft, where she was responsible for the overall strategy, marketing and delivery of Skillsoft’s $100M IT content and solutions portfolio. She also previously served as Vice President of Learning Innovation at CYPHERPATH, a provider of cybersecurity training and technology solutions. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Director of Products and Services for global trade association CompTIA, where she was responsible for the creation and maintenance of all of CompTIA’s international certification programs and the creation of the CompTIA continuing education program. Ms. Gingrich holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resource and Organizational Management from Loyola University, and is Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level II. She also serves as Chair of the Academic Advisory Council for the Cyber AB.

Michael G. Gruden is an associate in Crowell & Moring's Washington, D.C. office where he is a member of the firm’s Government Contracts and Privacy & Cybersecurity groups. He possesses real-world experience in the areas of federal procurement and data security, having worked as a Contracting Officer at both the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the Information Technology, Research & Development, and Security sectors for nearly 15 years. Michael is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with a U.S. government concentration (CIPP/G). He is also a Registered Practitioner under the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) framework. Michael serves as vice-chair for the ABA Science & Technology Section's Homeland Security Committee. Michael’s legal practice covers a wide range of counseling and litigation engagements at the intersection of government contracts and cybersecurity. His government contracts endeavors include supply chain security counseling, contract disputes with federal entities, suspension and debarment proceedings, mandatory disclosures to the government, prime-subcontractor disputes, and False Claims Act investigations. His privacy & cybersecurity practice includes cybersecurity compliance reviews, risk assessments, data breaches, incident response, and regulatory investigations.

Victoria Yan Pillitteri is a supervisory computer scientist in the Computer Security Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Ms. Pillitteri is the Acting Manager of the Security Engineering and Risk Management Group, and also leads the Risk Management Framework team (Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) Implementation Project). The team conducts the research and development of the suite of risk management guidance used for managing cybersecurity risk in the federal government, and the associated stakeholder outreach and public-private coordination/collaboration efforts. She serves as the lead of the Joint Task Force working group, a partnership with Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community and Civilian Agencies to develop a unified security framework to protect USG from cyberattacks, and is co-chair of the Federal Cybersecurity and Privacy Professionals Forum hosted by NIST. Victoria holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, a M.S in Computer Science, with a concentration in Information Assurance, from the George Washington University, completed the Key Executive Leadership Program at American University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Cortney Rose is the Program Manager for the Booz Allen Secure Compliance team as part of Booz Allen’s commercial Strategic Consulting and Advisory Solutions portfolio and is responsible for overseeing the CMMC program operations and quality of Readiness and C3PAO assessments. Ms. Rose has over 12 years of professional experience focused on providing FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF and CMMC compliance guidance and cybersecurity consulting for various federal and commercial clients using the NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171 control standards. She is a CMMC Provisional Assessor (PA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Ms. Rose has a bachelor’s from James Madison University. She currently holds a Department of Defense (DoD) Top-Secret Clearance.
Matt Travis

Mr. Travis is the first chief executive officer of the Cyber Accreditation Body (the Cyber AB). Previously, Travis served as the first deputy director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the nation’s leading civilian cybersecurity agency. There he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the $2+ billion, 2000+ employee organization across the full range of its mission in cybersecurity, infrastructure protections and emergency communications. Prior to this position, he was the deputy undersecretary for national protection (NPPD) within the Department of Homeland Security. Before entering government service in 2018, Travis served as vice president of homeland security for Cadmus, a security, energy, and environmental professional services firm. He joined Cadmus when the security consultancy he co-founded, Obsidian Analysis, Inc., was acquired by Cadmus in 2016. A former naval officer, Travis served as an engineering auxiliaries officer aboard the guided-missile frigate U.S.S. CARR (FFG 52). He then served a tour as White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy and was also a White House Military Aide. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s in national security studies from Georgetown University.

Jon Truan is the Deputy Program Manager for the Booz Allen CMMC team, as part of the Secure Compliance capability within Booz Allen’s commercial Strategic Consulting and Advisory Solution portfolio, performing readiness and C3PAO assessments. Mr. Truan has over 20 years of IT and Cyber Security experience working across various disciplines including governance, risk analysis, CMMC and FISMA compliance using the NIST 800-53, 800-171 and CNSSI 1253 frameworks. He has performed security control assessments, accreditation package creation, vulnerability management, incident response, forensics, IDS and IPS administration and operated as a tier 3 Security Operations Center (SOC) engineer. He has supported federal and commercial clients on Unclassified and Classified projects. He is a CMMC Provisional Assessor (PA). Mr. Truan has a bachelor’s in Network Security and Digital Forensics from Fountainhead College. He currently holds a Department of Defense (DoD) Top-Secret Clearance.

Leopold Wildenauer is the policy manager on ITI’s public sector team. He oversees the team’s cybersecurity policy portfolio and works to promote public policies that are risk-based and outcomes-focused. He creates and amplifies ITI’s messaging for a harmonized approach to federal cybersecurity that integrates various efforts into one coherent framework. These include the Department of Defense’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program, shared service adoption through the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), and zero trust strategies for civilian and national security systems. He also organizes ITI’s cross-sectoral work on Executive Order 14028 on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity. Leopold grew up in Germany but has lived and worked on four different continents. He came to Washington, DC to complete his master’s degree in Global Business and Finance at Georgetown University which he focused on strategic advocacy in competition and technology policy. He holds additional certificates in cybersecurity strategy and international business diplomacy from Georgetown.
